They are two different courses and then it totally depends upon you to know your interest and choose the best one for yourself. As this is not a school based choice ki there will be no consequences if something wrong is selected. You've to work for your entire life up-to your retirement in the field that you choose now. So wise selection is must.

I can guide you a bit about both of the courses.

Hotel management jobs include multiple skills like food and beverage service, front office operation,sales and marketing, accounting etc. Many government colleges and private institutes in India offer certificate, diploma or degree courses in hotel management.
