All the courses in BTech are of almost equal scope. It all depends on your interests. In terms of jobs, recently, the computer engineering department is higher in demand followed by Electronics engineering and mechanical engineering.
If you are really interested in coding, only then it will be easier for you in terms of studies to be able to cope up in computer engineering. If you are interested in working with devices and diodes, you can opt for electronics. If you are more into machines and tools, you can choose Mechanical. If you like construction, you can choose civil.
