See, if we talk about the Indian landscape then the India service and product sector is mostly inclined towards IT, on Computer Science in general and this situation is here to stay. So, if you want a stable and high paying job, you should go for CSE in some reputed college.
Having said that, the evolution of 5G has also increased the demand for ECE engineers, so if you have a genuine interest in signals and semiconductors, you should definitely go for ECE.
