Hi Ajithaj,
For engineering CET is better than TKM.As it offers a huge number of opportunities as well as campus to explore academically . CET also has better placement opportunities in all over India. TKM is quite a small campus, probably only as big as two departments combined of CET .
So in my point of view you go for eee in CET.
