According to me it purely depends on your interest

If you are good in coding go with cse or it

If you are good in circuits go with electric

If you are interested in machine and structure go with mechanical and civil respectively.



So it depends upon your area of interest purely.

Every engineering branches are best. It depends on you where is your area of interest. Choose and explore your skills.
