Ajay Raja , Amity Noida is best for B.tech Biotechnology in all the fields  because there infrastructure is good and there are many facilities compare to other 2 colleges and placement of all the 3 are good but the Noida college fees is more than jaipur and the lesser fees is at mumbai.

I suggest you that Noida and Jaipur both are best go any of one in which place you want to go.

see amity university has different branches in India, being as single owned university there is not much different in branch wise amity campuses. however as per the students review Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Noida is the best college with all facilities for b.tech. the institute has excellent infrastructure, course curriculum as per market standard, fair students faculty ratio etc. so it would be best for you to go for amity noida for b.tech in biotechnology.
