It is depend upon your interest whether you  are interested in software related thing and make future in it then go for msc in computer science or if you are interested in administration work then go for mba.

Both the courses have their own advantage and disadvantage. The only thing is do any of the  courses but from a good and reputated college becauseit will provide you a better exposure and placement matters .

Both the courses msc computer science and mba are good . Which course is to select is depends on your area of interest. If you have already cs then you can go with msc in computer science. And if want to develop your marketing skills then you can go with mba .
