which is best for cs branch iit gandhi nagar, Bhubaneswar, dhanbad,ropar please share proper sequence

CSE at IIT Gandinagar seems the best of the Options, being one of the best growing IITs with excellent Placements, Infrastructure, Research Facilities and Faculty. However after IIT GN, I believe unless youre particularly located in vicinity of any other Newer IIT, CSE at IIT ISM is a very good option, being one of the Oldest Campuses in India, has excellent and vibrant campus life and culture.
