Which is best for CSE NITK SURATKAL OR NIT ROURKELA....where the salary is more for CSE BRANCH

If you want to compare NITK Surathkal with NIT Rourkela in terms of placements in CSE branch then definitely NITK Surathkal is better option to choose. From last few years NITK Surathkal is being in the one of the top 3 NITs in India. Surathkal is better for all the branch but for research NIT Rourkela is better one.

Hi, greeting. I congratulate you first of all for doing well in JEE Mains. Both NITK and NITR are good colleges and are the top NITs in the country. To my understanding, CSE NITK Suratkal is better than CSE NIT Rourkela. Considering the fact that NITK Suratkal is closer to the IT Hub Bangalore, most students end up with a job with a good package every year. It is older and has always been among the top NITs. You will get better opportunities and ecosystem compared to NITR. Also, NITK has a better alumni base than NITR. So clearky, you should pick NITK CSE without any second thought. But in case you don't get it, NITR isn't very behind NITK either. Good luck!
