Computer Science Engineering (CSE) is a study that consists of topics related to computation, like analysis of algorithms, programming languages, program design, software, and computer hardware.
On the other hand AI and ML is artificial intelligence and Machine learning which is a specialisation under computer science and engineering branch. So And considering its an specialization course and the increasing demand of AI in today's world, i would suggest you to go with CSE with AI and ML.
But make you last decision based on your interest keeping in mind that you will have to study it for next 4 years.
