As you asked which is best, so all i can only tell you their perspectives. You have to choose it accordingly :-

Well both colleges have good infrastructure and their labs are also great. The number of students are more in VNR and campus area is also large compared to relatively small campus of VASAVI.

As VASAVI comes under Osmania University, the level of question paper toughness and correction of papers are quite good compared to VNR. If you are planning to go for MBA in future then VNR is the place for you. It gives you a management perspective than engineer perspective. VASAVI is also very strict about rules and regulations and doesn't really give much support for extra curricular activities whereas VNR gives you a sport in such activities and is not as strict as VASAVI.

Coming to the faculty, both the colleges have almost same quality of faculty. And about placement cell coordinator then VNR found it hard to bring core companies (other than IT) whereas VASAVI always managed to bring reputed companies with decent packages. Hope this will help you.
