Hi Shubham!! Hope you are doing well!! According to me, BHU is far more better than Chandigarh University . BHU is one of the top colleges of our country and it is ranked 3rd among the best universities of India NIRF. Placements of BHU is far better as many reputed companies come to this College. If you talk about return on investment ,then also BHU wins it as fees of Chandigarh  University is high compared to BHU and it's placement record is also not par with BHU. BHU fees is less but the cutooff of entrance exam is very high. So, I would suggest you to go with BHU.
