As of now Pondicherry university is one of the best central universities in India .Now talking about the MBA in tourism management, it's a niche sector and you should definitely go for PU rather than that of Christ university as going up with Christ university is like taking a risk so i'll not recommend you that.

The School of management under the tourism of center studies of PU offers a two year full time MBA course.The department provides 100 percent placement assistance

Coming to the admission process You have to perform in the entrance exam conducted by the university across the country

Pondicherry university is a government college. And on the other hand christ university is a private institution. According to me it is better to study in a government college than private. Now rest is on you.
