Hello,

You can only pursue Integrated MBA after 12th, because the eligibility criteria of  MBA is graduation in any  stream from a recognized university with 50% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, now coming to your question if you have interest towards management studies and wish to have a career in this domain only, then it's better you go for integrated MBA, it's more of an advanced level as the subjects you'll study cover the fundamentals portion, and it becomes comparatively easier to go for specialization in that sense, integrated MBA also provides enough time period to become industry-ready and adopting managerial skills provided you pursue it some a reputed university that offers great infrastructure, faculty, learning experience, placements etc, some of the best ones to consider for integrated MBA is IIM Indore/Rohtak/Ranchi which offer this course through entrance test named IPMAT, and from this year onwards even IIM Jammu/Bodhgaya are offering this course, other than this Mumbai University, Nirma University, NMIMS, NIIT University, Xavier University and in case if at this moment you're not sure of what field to choose, if you have interest towards something else, like many students who are engineering graduates they gain few year work experience in their relative field and later on  they opt for MBA for further growth in career, and job prospects, in such cases you have to appear for difference entrance tests whatever field you choose at ug level and then apply separately for MBA entrance tests, so basically it depends on where your interest lies, if work experience is priority for you after three-four years of graduation, then you can do MBA later on, if it's not and you possess interest completely towards a management career then you can opt for integrated MBA.
