Which is best for one ECE in AITH Kanpur or CS in MJPRU ?

It simply depends on your personal preference. If you prefer Computer Science over other branches then you should definitely go for MJPRU. However, if you are not so branch specific you can go for AITH. Both the colleges are government funded and can provide good education. It simply depends on which factor you give preference to.
