I think Gandhi medical College is better .
Rest you should ask students who are studying there as they will guide you much better than anyone else.
Since they know how study is , about faculty, about placements.
So ask anyone of them.

Gandhi medical college is better college than AJUNS Bhopal that you are asking. It is due to various facts.
1. It is a government college , the tag government makes it better.
2. Total fees of MBBS course is 2.70 lakhs for 5.5 years. This is commendable because private colleges have very high fees comparatively.
3.It is located in the city Secunderabad, which is developing at very fast rate. There will be everything that you will need.
4. It has secured 54th rank this year. That makes it a very good college overall
So, according to me Gandhi Medical College is far better.
