Hi,
Both are reputed colleges in computer science engineering  field and  you can choose any one but if we compare then both have good faculty , infrastructure and placements  .
In iiit Allahabad  highest package - 43 LPA
Average package - 20.83 LPA
In NIT calicut  highest package - 49.75LPA
Average package - 11.58LPA
So in terms of average salary iiit Allahabad  has an upper hand but  the last choice depends upon you .
