Cse and ise both are almost same in terms of study and placements...both are the most demanded branches nowadays in each and every college....but cse is a little bit more preffered than ise.......however both branches are good.

Rather than choosing the info science engineering. It's better you to choose CS branch because it's the mother of the invention. And if you're really interested in taking science then go and opt that. I'm saying that you need to opt the branch which follows your passion.

in college point of view I will get seat in maharaja institute Mysore with the branch IS
but in course point of view I will get seat in east west Bangalore with the branch CS

I would suggest you to visit both college once and ask the seniors about the placement status for both branches. Thst would be the best solution in the present case because placement stats can be misleading based on the online information.
