Cse and ise both are almost same in terms of study and placements...both are the most demanded branches nowadays in each and every college....but cse is a little bit more preffered than ise.......however both branches are good.

Rather than choosing the info science engineering. It's better you to choose CS branch because it's the mother of the invention. And if you're really interested in taking  science then go and opt that. I'm saying that you need to opt the branch which follows your passion.
