Bsa medical college:
Fees are bit higher as the fees are one lakh per year.
The campus it not so good but the infrastructure is i quite good with air conditioning.the faculty are good and excellent as their teaching are excellent and the campus has the learning encironment. Also the faculty make so effort for understanding the concept to the atudent.
RMl medical college:
The campus is big in comparison to the bsa college and also the campus has good learning environment and faculties are also good as they are almost from the prestigious college as i know my friend is studying their and its also provide every learning material for better learning and understanding of the concepts.
Note: both medical college has their hospital but you are mentioning about college so i am answeing about medical college

In short- BSA is a good option if you are looking for a Delhi college. It is affiliated to IPU, and you get ipu quota in pg.
Academics- pretty rigorous in the first year, you'll have regular tests and all. Academics in Delhi is similar everywhere ( except AIIMS). The peer group is fine in general. Most of the HODs are from MAMC and other Delhi colleges.
Hospital -more than 5k opd /day, 600 beds with more than 100% occupancy, enough material for undergraduates.
The hospital is running DNB courses as of now
Extra curricular- Dance, music is pretty established. have one common field/ground . Cricket, football teams take part in fests and all. Badminton court is also present next to the boys hostel.
Location - It is situated next to(literally) Rohini West metro station .
Burger king, haldiram’s, a couple of other eating joints and M2K Cinema are a stone's throw away.
Infrastructure is pretty good, 2LTs, 1 audi cum LT, one more LT is under construction. The departments are well equipped and air conditioned.
It's a good choice if you want a Delhi college.

A student from 2016 batch has got rank 1 in IPU in 2 consecutive proffs, students are doing well in quizzes, recently we got two ICMR STS Projects also.

I would say you should choose RML as this hospital is running from 1932 and is under Central government while both of the BSA, are under state government and they teach under UG.
