Telling best out of this is really difficult but if you want to go into research or the tech industry. I would say MIT is probably the best for research-oriented CS. Stanford is probably better for moving into the tech industry as you will have easy access to all the nearby tech companies. Harvard is somewhere in between... when I went there most of the undergraduate classes were more theoretical/research oriented then Stanford, but there was more of an entrepreneurial vibe among the students at Harvard than at MIT.
