Following are the ratings of PCCOE :
Academics : 7.9
Fees : 7.1
Placements : 8.5
Infrastructure : 7.1
Social Life : 8.4
And these for SGGS :
Academics : 7.2
Fees : 7
Placements : 5.6
Infrastructure : 7.8
Social Life : 7.6
Therefore, PCCOE is relatively better.

You should go for PCCOE College of Pune. It is the most famous engineering college of Pune. The college is also awarded with NAAC "A" Grade and the courses are thrice NBA Accredited which means alot. It is much much better than SGGS. Also the college is NIRF 192 Ranked in 2019 rankings. So it will be a great choice to pursue the engineering course as you will really get lot of opportunities there. The CS department is one of the best at PCCOE with experienced faculty and good infrastructure facilities.
