Hello Suraj, PES University, South campus is better compared to BIT Bangalore. The cutoffs of PES university are much lower than the BIT Bangalore. For example, Let's take cutoff of computer science branch. The COMEDK cutoff was around 4,100 for BIT and it was around 2,600 for PES which suggests that there is a better student in PES.
