I would suggest you that how many books you read just be sure ur concepts are right. If you have a really good grip on ur concepts then you need not fear attempting any exam.
First of all get thorough with NCERT textbooks as many questions from AIIMS assertions and reason are direct derivatives from these books.
If you have joined any coaching institutes like aakash or allen, be thorough with Their material. Along with that materials books such as HC Verma for physics, op tondon for chemistry are must read.
Take a look over arihant series books they are good too.
At the end never forget solving previous years question papers.
