Hi!!!
Hope you are doing well.
According to me, LLB (Hons) will be the best option. LLB (Hons) provides in depth knowledge and specialisation in the particular field. It helps students to meet present requirements and future challenges. Whereas, LLB course just offers an overview of the course and not the specialisation.
Hope you are clear now. Feel free to ask if you have any other queries. All The Best!!!
Hi,
Hope you are doing great.
I want to tell you that the major portion of both courses are the same but there are few differences between these two and you must know them.
In LLB you will be getting an overview of some subjects whereas in LLB Hons you will be given in-depth knowledge of that subject. For eg, you will find a separate paper on Human Rights, IT Law, Administrative Law, RTI, etc in some universities in LLB Hons.
After LLB you won't be able to specialize but after LLB Hons you can specialize in a particular subject. For eg you can pursue LLM in Criminal Justice, Forensics, Labour Law, Human Rights, etc after LLB Hons which you cannot pursue after LLB.
If you want to specialize in a particular field then you must go for LLB Hons. The choice is yours.
Hope this helps.
