Hello,

According to my knowledge, 4 year b.tech degree at tier 4 college and 2 year m.tech at old IITs would be a much better option for you as compared to the other one. In six years you will have completed your master's whereas in the second one you would have only Completed your bachelor's. Two years of gap would also raise certain questions for you at the time of placements. Actually this is my personal experience. I was also in the same dilemma m after my 12. But I choose the first option and now I am in my second year of b.tech CSE. I am also preparing for my GATE exam so that I can do my masters from one of the top old IITs.

Feel free to ask me anything.

Hope it helps

Thank you!
But I heard that 2 years gap doesn't affect placements at IIIT Hyderabad CSE and also Placements are very good for B.Tech CSE at IIIT Hyderabad than that of M.Techs at old IITs.
Now what can I do plz help me
