Which is better After doing B-tech civil engineering ? * Job or M-tech & anything else And please give explaintion on it

It would be better if you go for M -tech but only through GATE examination as it will provide you a better collage and altogether a better enviroment in whichj you can inhance your knowledge to be a better engineer in future and could also land up in education sector which ultimately will provide you with job and will be a reputed one.
