Which is better among bsc from icar aieee ug (agriculture) and bsc from Rajasthan JET(joint entrance test)agriculture?

Both the examinations having their own relevance. Icar aieee UG is a country level entrance test for taking admission in UG, PG.

On the other hand Rajasthan JET is a state level entrance test. It is conducted by maharana pratap university, Rajasthan.
