If you are totally focusing on research and teaching field then Bsc in physics and mathematics is good.But if you are also focusing in placements then Bsc in statistics is best.Because from doing Bsc in Statistics there are lot of options related to jobs.After doing Bsc you can do Msc in statistics and after that you are eligible for ISS (Indian Statistical Service) exam which is conducted by UPSC.
