Since both are different domain and have different values in different fields. Regarding the college both are good colleges there is no doubt in that. As far as from degree point of view if you want to be an engineer then ECE will be perfect and if you want to study the particular subject in a deeper mode then M.Sc will be a perfect option. So finally it depends on you in which field you want to excel your carrer.
