See you have good choices , I would suggest you to join BIT Mesra , only if you like IT/EEE , this will be the best choice , and if you are not interested in predefined subject then I would suggest you to join JU without​ any hesitation , anything in JU is worth opting , moreover fees structure in JU is just 10k while the others are pretty huge. And placement wise JU is ahead of any department of IIEST Shibpur. So without any hesitation pick JU over IIEST Shibpur. Moreover IIEST Shibpur is developing institute it will take time to develop so better don't opt it
