The course duration of Mass Communication in undergraduate level is 3 years whereas the duration of post graduation is 2 years. You can of course start working for a media company or become a freelancer after completing your graduation. But if you want to study more and can afford it you can go for masters as it will help you with more practical and theoretical knowledge. Getting a master degree will also let you get paid with decent salary if you have good communication skills, writing skills and knowledge than a graduation degree alone.
