Hi Aishwarya,
Actually it does not matter whether you are going VTU or Autonomous, you have to choose a college on the basis of the faculty and expertise available in the college and campus recruitment . There is not much difference in academics in both cases. My suggestion is to choose college on basis of expertise and experience of the available faculty.
