B.Tech and B.pharm are completely different feilds their course is different and their scopes are also different.

You can't compare these two feilds. In B.Tech you will get more of the technological knowledge but in B. Pharm you study will be more deviated towards chemistry.

Both are good and they are very different fields so you cannot compare one with the other. If you have interest in pharmacy and you are good at chemistry and biology you should go for pharmacy course.

Or if you have a knack for engineering or are looking for a job just after your graduation you can go for a BTech.

It completely depends on your interests but if you pursue Btech even from a tier 3 college you can get a good placement which is a little difficult in case of pharmacy.
