In my views i would suggest you to go with BCA degree as it is a better degree as compared to BBA. BCA stands for Bachelor of computer applications which opens various paths related to software and IT world.  BBA + MBA is a good degree which opens various jobs options related to analytical and management field but the growth is quite certain.

BCA + MCA is also good but to be honest it will not be equal to BTECH+ MTECH degree. There are various companies that hires candidates from engineering background and also the pay is higher as compared to other degree candidates.

There is no comparison of all the mentioned degree  because the exposure is different for diffrent degrees.
