BCA is a computer application course and you have to study the programming languages and should have interest in them and also you should have some accounting and mathematics .It is a professional course and have lots of demand In multinational companies. after finishing the course you can do MCA further.

ECE is also a professional course where you have to study a lot about communication technologies. things you study here are totally different from your 12th studies,

overall both the stream have the same level of scope you can choose it according to your interest and knowledge in the stream.

likithliki266 , Both are better on there own benefits but if you want to choose one from them then I just want to say you that if you want to do detailed studies of hardware as well as software both with sensors and all IOT technologies then go for ECE other BCA is good for software related studies.
