Hope u are a BTech graduate. If so Mtech is a perfect choose if you are looking for masters .

PGDM is not a good choice unless you are very passionate about that and you want to be a marketing manager or want to start a startup better go for Mba.

there is lot of future in IT and cse for artificial intelligence and machine learning so why to loose these opportunities.

My suggestion is that if you are not willing to do software job any more and you are passionate about PGDM then the ball is in your coat throw either in Mtech or PGDM it's up to you.
