The purpose of your engineering and your interest are the only thing which should be deciding your college now. With engineering physics you would be getting deep knowledge of physics as well as accumen for engineering practices. You might be writing scientific papers in physics. In CSE, you will be getting a lot of opportunities in the booming software sector of India and might learn about machine learning and AI better than other branches.

Still, if you are doing engineering for jobs, you should do BITS Pilani CSE as it's avg package is 22L which is a great package to start with.
