See both the courses are very good and have really good career ahead. Now if you wish to go for BSc Cardiovascular Technology then a Masters is always required to get a good position and salary. BPT is a course in physiotherapy which have a lot of employability region but in BPT the experience is given more credits. Now all hospitals don't take Physiotherapist as a permanent position. So if you wish to go for it then you should be keen about investing some time in order to build experience and then only you can expect a good career.
So if you want to take a course which have more employability and you can work in the field being a fresher then I would recommend you to go for BSc Cardiovascular Technology followed by a MSc course.
