In my opinion, its definitely a B.Tech.
B.Tech degrees are four-year degree.
It enriches your practical knowledge and makes your CV look good.
B.Tech includes a wide range of topics, a few of which are: engineering math, basic and advanced biology, programming, chemical engineering, industrial biotech, mechanical engg, electrial engg, electronics and communication, genetic engg, immunology, biomedical engineering and instrumentation, etc.
Its a degree thats so vast that you have many choices for your future career; a software engineer, manager, research scientist, teacher, a pharmaceutical biotechnologist, environmentalist, and so on. Basically, it gives you a chance to explore various fields and understand where your interests lie.
B.Sc. degrees, on the other hand, are domain-specific and are extensively theoretical. They take three years for completion and do not provide enough hands-on experience as compared to Btech.
Rest the choice is yours.
Good Luck.
