Both have their own significance and scope. there's nothing as one is better than the other , it depends on one's perspective and skills.
Bsc- Statistics concerns with the statistical and methods related to it.
Actuarial science is the one that basically applies mathematical and statistical methodologies to assess risk in the field insurance, finance and other industries.
