Well, this seems to be a vague question because each stream has it's own advantages and disadvantages and there are certain regions where certain streams perform really well.

Whereas there are streams that are always evergreen for example Chemical Engineering which is in high demand not only in India but also in neighbouring countries.

However if you ask about Petroleum Engineering and Mining engineering, both these fields have a good connection with the oil and gas sector and is in abundant extreme growth in the middle eastern countries for example Saudi Arabia, Daman, Diu, Bahrain, Qatar etc.

So if you plan to have a job abroad, go for these as any one of these streams have equal potential for yearning you the maximum amount.

All these three branches have their own scope so choose smartly where you are interested in because when you will do engineering on your choice you will be able to do better in your engineering career but if you were to take my opinion then I would suggest you to take admission in petroleum or chemical as it has an edge over mining engineering.
