Which is better btech in DU or NIT SILCHAR

It is very difficult to assume that one is better than other(DU or NIT).
Both are good for future opportunities and it will depend on you which one you want to choose.
But for B.Tech I would prefer NIT Silchar in terms of Placement, Campus and Staff.

Look under DU there many more colleges. Please specify a particular college, then I can help you better. NIT Silchar is also good.
