Hello,
It depends upon your interest and the time you are willing to give. Bsc is a 3 year undergraduation course while Btech is a 4 year course. Scope are available in both the fields but it totally depends on your interest and the practica knowledge you have.

Thank you and all the best
Hi,
B.tech is a professional degree, it is 4 years of graduation course, whereas Bsc is 3 years of the undergraduate course. The fee for the B.tech course will be higher than BSc. But in the B.Tech course, you will be getting deeper knowledge in Computer Science and engineering concepts. B.tech has a wide career option than BSc. If fee and time period is a concern for you go for Bsc else I would suggest B.tech It is better.
I hope it helps.
Hey there
Both has almost same syllabus and thus it is better to have a professional degree. But it depends on your interest if you want to have job just after your graduation I'll recommend you to do B.tech IT from a reputed institute doing bsc from cs is good but it all depends on the college whether it provides placements or not. Also you can go for further studies after doing both the courses.
Good luck
