Which is better: BTech Mechanical Thapar Inst. Patiala, BTech CS BIT, Mera Jaipur campus or integrated MTech in Chem eng from ICT, Mumbai?

Integrated Mtech from ICT is a very good choice, Thapar Institute is now now as it was i.e its ranking has been declining over the years while BIT and ICT mumbai has maintained its ranking over the years.
You could save your time for Mtech too and you dont have to prepare for an Mtech exam after you btech so ICT mumbai seems a better choice overall.
