hi,

see both of the course has its advantages and limitations. b.tech course is more job oriented and have less of work involves with experimental project, thesis work,  paper publications. whatever stream you may take your full course curriculum will be revolved around the core engineering stream . however the candidates who are passionate about job and want to settle for job just after completing graduation should go for b.tech 4 years course.

now the integrated course is of combined of m.tech syllabus , and you would be do thesis work relating with your engineering stream. so integrated course is best for those who want to do research and development job in engineering field.

hope it would help.
