There are many good opportunities provided for both the courses.

Study wise :  BAMS is better career opportunities for all students . this is best courses but you did clear NEET exam for joining indian colleges .

Bsc nursing is good but some colleges is better education provided . incase you can join bsc nursing you can learn about some basic for your  field.

To set up a career i guess bsc in nursing would be a better option than BAMS , as in bsc in nursing has more opportunities in terms of job such as MPH- Master of Public Health. Admission to this course is through entrance exams. BSc Nursing students with an experience of two years can apply for this course. The best part about this is that your job prospects open up to UNO, WHO and other NGOs.

Keeping in mind about the opportunities and career growth , BSc Nursing is better than BAMS course. There are n number of ways to create employment after BSc Nursing and the salary will also increase with your experience. Whereas in case of BAMS only few opportunities have to struggle.
