Having an IT background, NIIT University (NU) is emerging as a new and rising university. NU offers courses such as computer science engineering, electronics and communications and biotechnology. The university provides MBA and integrated MBA courses as well. The Btech CSE course is self-sufficient and perfectly formed with an aim to keep you engaged into it. The university comprises of highly qualified faculty. As far as the placements go, for the last batch that passed out, there was 100% placements into large companies, such as PwC, TMS, big basket and many more. The highest salary went as high as 47.95 lakhs (international) and 11 lakhs per annum(Domestic). The co-curricular activities are equally good. There are around 21 clubs enabling students to develop interest and excel in various co-curricular activities. The food is good as compared to other universities.
