which is better Chaudhary Charan Singh hisar or Punjab agricultural University for bsc agriculture

Hello Anil,
Both the colleges are good for pursuing BSC agriculture.
But comparatively, Chaudhary Charan Singh University is more better than Punjab agricultural University.
Although Punjab agricultural University has lower fees.
Charan Singh University offers various facilities like gym ,cafeteria, WiFi, hostel etc.
The teaching faculty is also good there.
