The basic difference between them two is that a CMA in India is an Indian certification which is valid in India, on the other hand CMA USA is globally recognized certification. So, automatically the  value of CMA USA has more importance. In CMA USA, the article-ship is not applicable, and for CMA India the article-ship is applicable for six months. CMA USA focuses on auditing and cost reduction, but CMA India focuses on cost control. You can do either one of them you will earn pretty well , however USA certification will have more weightage.
